Become a Garden Volunteer or Guest Gardener

Want to help us grow food for local food pantries? Volunteers of all ages are welcome! Help is needed to prepare, water, and weed the Shared Harvest Bed, as well as, to harvest and deliver produce to local food pantries. NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED.

There are many reasons why you would want to become a Guest Gardener and adopt a bed. Maybe you want to learn how to grow vegetables, don’t have garden space of their own, or you want to save money on groceries. Maybe you don't want your own bed, but want to help grow fresh vegetable for local food pantries. Maybe you would like to make new friends, meet neighbors, or get some exercise. Whatever the reason, the Community Harvest Garden is bring people together to form new relationships and help feed our community.
All Guest Gardener beds have been adopted for the 2024 growing season. Let us know if you are interested in a bed for 2025.
