Does it simply consist of getting something out of God or does it tap into something deeper in us, a longing for intimate connection, as a parent picks up a child to hold them? This study will start the discussion as to what prayer means and how we regain a practice that is at the core of who we are. Reformation Concerts Saturday, May 6 @ 3:00pm Trinity Lutheran Church (1553 Kinney Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45231) Sunday, May 7 @ 4:00pm Peace Lutheran Church (3530 Dayton Xenia Rd, Beavercreek, OH 45432) As part of our year long Reformation 500 celebration, Christ the King is partnering with area ELCA churches, Trinity Lutheran – Mt. Healthy, Peace Lutheran – Beavercreek, and St. Matthew Lutheran – Darrtown, to present a concert based on Martin Luther’s 3 solas: Grace alone, Faith alone, Word alone. Choirs from each church will perform individual anthems, plus a few combined pieces to raise the roof! Also featured will be handbells, organ, and instrumentalists.
