Some of Christ the King's strengths are our intergenerational bonds and excellence in the arts and worship.

Creative Connections will be a series of 4–6 week Wednesday evening sessions which will focus on expressing our faith through various media—visual arts, music, and drama.

A lectionary based curriculum, Whirl, will be used and will echo the lessons which are read during worship. This program will bridge learning and worship times and provide discussion material for families. Children will be separated into classes.

Confirmation Class
(For all 7–8 graders)

9:45–10:45 A.M.
meet in the Youth room.

Youth will be using the Collaborate curriculum. Pastor Paul and Mrs. Pellegrin will be leading this class. Sunday morning class time will cover Bible study, the sacraments, and Lutheran theology. There will be time outside of class for participation in worship, special outreach projects, and fellowship.

2015–2016 Season

Forté Barbershop Quartet

Sunday, November 8, 2015
3:00 P.M.

Forté formed in the summer of 2002 at a chorus rehearsal of the Southern Gateway Chorus. They are all current members of the Southern Gateway Chorus.

This quartet has completed a wide variety of shows, including several Barbershop Harmony Society Chapter shows in Ohio, Kentucky and Pennsylvania.  They have come from last place in the JAD District to as high as third place in 2010. Forté was also elected by The Southern Gateway Chorus as Barbershoppers of the Month for Feb 2009.
