Join CTK staff in service of hymn, scripture, prayer, and meditations. Centered on the TREE of LIFE, which for Christians is the cross, but we’ll also explore the biblical use of Tree of Life in passages beginning in Genesis, all the way through Paul’s letters.

We receive the baptismal promise of resurrection life in faith.

Some of Our Many

Outreach information
  • Reach Out Lakota:  Coordinate projects with Reach Out Lakota, a local food pantry and service agency, such as Back to School Supplies and the Christmas Adopt-a-Child gift program.
  • Fair Trade Items:  Providing for the sale of fair trade coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and chocolate to and through our congregation.
  • Ubi Caritas Concerts:  Developing and sponsoring community concerts throughout the year which embody the spirit of Ubi Caritas—”Where charity and love are, God is there.” Free-will offerings are given to various outreach ministries supported by the congregation.
  • Roselawn Food Pantry:
    Supporting food and non-food item donations to Roselawn Lutheran Church’s local food pantry. Opportunities to serve at the food pantry are also available.
  • SERVV:  Coordinate the before Christmas SERVV gift sale. SERVV is a non-profit organization with a mission to eradicate poverty by providing opportunities and support to artisans and farmers worldwide.
  • Summer Lunch Program:  Work with Butler County Nutrition Services during the summer months to prepare and serve lunches to school-age children in the Lakota school district who qualify for the free-lunch program.
  • Vida Eterna - Iglesia Luterana:
    Supporting a Spanish-speaking mission congregation which reaches the Hispanic community in the Butler County community.
