Artists in Residence - DuoMenteChrist the King Lutheran Church has named pianist Meng Yuan and violinist Dan Qiao of DuoMente as Artists in Residence. The church established its Artists in Residence ministry to enrich the community through artistic expression by artists who share their creative gifts and talents in accordance with the mission of Christ the King.
As Artists in Residence, DuoMente will perform a series of chamber music concerts at the church as part of Christ the King’s Music with a Mission series. Performances are free, and freewill donations from each concert will benefit local, national and worldwide charities. Nationally there are large churches with Artists in Residence, but this is a unique example of a church formally initiating an Artist in Residence program in Greater Cincinnati. Concert Dates
